Shipping and returns
All items shipped within the UK are shipped 1st class recorded. Purchases will be shipped the same or the next working day. We expect UK deliveries to be delivered within 3 working days.
All international orders are shipped fully tracked. We have 2 shipping methods available for international customers:
Royal Mail International Tracked:
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail track and signed unless you wish to upgrade the below shipping option. This service is quoted from royal mail as taking 5 – 7 working days. This service may take longer depending on issues with Royal Mail or your local delivery service provider. This service is fully tracked, you will be able to follow your order as it makes its way to you.
FedEx Express:
FedEx Express shipping is a faster alternative to the above service. This service is fully tracked and quoted from FedEx to take 2 – 5 working days.
We have no control over local or international courier delays should they occur. Our team will of course do everything necessary to assist our customers should there be a delay with delivery.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
We will happily accept returns of items should they not meet your expectations. We can only accept returns if the item is unopened and undamaged. All returns must be within 7 days of receiving your item.
Free seeds
